Request a return

Instructions for Requesting a Return:

1. Log in to your account on our website.
2. Navigate to your order history.
3. Select the order that you want to return.
4. Choose the item(s) that you wish to return.
5. Select the reason for your return from the drop-down menu.
6. Add any additional comments or notes.
7. Click on the 'Request Return' button to submit your request.

Please note that if your return is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned product, you will receive a refund.
